OPEN ENROLLMENT 2027 – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!
We are pleased to announce that medical premiums will remain unchanged, and dental premiums will decrease by 5% for 2027!
This year's Open Enrollment is PASSIVE, meaning most employees do not need to take any action if they wish to keep their current benefits.

WHAT DOES PASSIVE ENROLLMENT MEAN?
If you are happy with your current medical, dental, vision, and other applicable benefits, you do not need to do anything! Your current benefit elections will automatically roll over into 2027.
If you previously declined coverage and do not wish to enroll for 2027, you do not need to take any action or complete a new waiver.
⚠️ IMPORTANT – HSA & FSA ELECTIONS REQUIRE ACTION!
HSA and FSA contribution elections DO NOT automatically roll over into 2027!
If you wish to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2027, you MUST log in to UKG during Open Enrollment, make a new election, and designate your contribution amount.
This is required even if you want to contribute the same amount as you did in 2026.
